You agree to represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of HOFr, as final and binding as it relates to any and all contests. ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES OR THE TERMS OF SERVICE BY ANY USER WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES (INCLUDING THOSE AS WINNER, IF APPLICABLE) WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. In the event of any conflict between any term or condition in the Official Rules or the FAQ and any term or condition in the Terms of Service, the applicable term or condition in the Terms of Service shall apply.
